How to take the Quiz
Each event, called a Life Change Unit (LCU), had a different “weight” for stress. The more events the patient added up, the higher the score. The higher the score, and the larger the weight of each event, the more likely the patient was to become ill.
- To score your stress levels, simply check the ‘YES’ box for all the events that have happened to you in the last year. Ignore the ones that don’t apply to you.
- Then hit the next button.
- There are a few different options, but it will only take you a few minutes to tick the ones relevant to you.
- Once you’ve got to the end, hit submit.
- An option will appear to ‘view score’, it will open another tab on your web browser. The score will appear on the top right next to “Total Points” and also show you all the criteria you ticked ‘yes’ for. To analyse your score you’ll need to come back to this page. Scroll to the bottom to see the score results options.
