How to take the Quiz
- To score your ability to manage your energy, simply check the ‘YES’ box for any of the statements that ring true for you. Ignore the ones that don’t apply to you.
- Then hit the next button.
- You are taken through 5 different categories (as outlined below).
- Once you’ve got to the end, hit submit.
- An option will appear to ‘view score’, it will open another tab on your web browser. The score will appear on the top right next to “Total Points” and also show you all the criteria you ticked ‘yes’ for. To analyse your score you’ll need to come back to this page. Scroll to the bottom to see the score results options.
