Having spent 20 years in time precious industries, I have developed some tried and tested techniques around Productivity & Time Management.

When assisting people with their time management, I now focus on 7 key areas of attention.

  • Unlocking Productivity
  • Killing Procrastination
  • Time Management style
  • Email Mastery
  • Simple systems for organising business
  • Tools for success – physical tools or digitals tools like evernote
  • Systemised for success – how to create procedures and systems.

But it is the understanding around what is productive and what is unproductive that provides the freedom to unlock productivity techniques.mindfulness 3

I am a practicing  Buddhist.  One of the key foundations of Buddhism is Mindfulness.  When applied to business this means to focus on your motions, actions and outcomes related to your business; to be in the present and focus on the now.  You need to do things with intent yet be open and accepting to change.  Allow yourself to be non-judgmental and to try and view things from someone else’s perspective.
