Would you like to become more persuasive?
Do you want to increase your potential for opportunity, negotiation and change?
Do you want to gain the necessary skills to become a highly capable and successful leader?
It's difficult tofind the balance between being persuasive and aggressive or pushy. Your ability to influence is diminished when you don't understand key principles of effective communication. The more ineffective you are in communicating your wants or needs, the more you will lose credibility and potentially do more damage than good. You are likely to see more conflict and closed doors. Once you are able to cultivate trust, you will not only develop rapport but respect amongst your peers. Once you've developed your own unique style, you can easily apply unique styles to a variety of circumstances.
Without clear strategies, you'll find yourself in increasingly tense, stressful and combative situations.
The key to becoming more influential having a strong sense of your own unique influencing style and being able to consistently adapt to communicate with others.
